Mallory Sanders: Dog Prints & Puns

Printmaking is one of my passions, and it is a very technical artistic practice. Because of this, it can become daunting to complete a printmaking project. To help rejuvenate my love for printmaking, I tried not to take it so seriously and be more playful. I am a sucker for a good pun and I know many dog lovers out there, so I decided to combine the two for the subject matter of my latest linocuts. I hope you enjoy these lighthearted illustrations combining pop culture references, puns, and dogs. And I hope you see printmaking as a fun way to create art.
